About HeadSync
HeadSync is a holistic online therapy and wellbeing school created to help you heal anxiety, reconnect with yourself, and build lasting emotional safety through the integration of body, mind, and soul.
Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level techniques, HeadSync guides you through gentle, embodied practices that help your nervous system settle, your emotions feel heard, and your inner world come back into balance.
At the heart of HeadSync is the SYNC framework - a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that weaves together somatic awareness, mindfulness, creative expression, inner-parts work, and self-compassion.
This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath stress, fear, and survival patterns.
What You’ll Learn
Inside HeadSync courses, you’ll learn how to:
- Understand anxiety as a body-based signal, not a personal failure
- Calm and regulate your nervous system using breath, grounding, and somatic awareness
- Reconnect with your body and learn its language through movement, sensation, and presence
- Meet anxious, protective, or wounded parts of yourself with compassion rather than control
- Release stuck emotional energy through creative and somatic practices
- Build self-trust, safety, and emotional resilience from the inside out
- Integrate calm, awareness, and self-care into everyday life in a realistic, sustainable way
All courses are designed to be gentle, flexible, and non-overwhelming, supporting different learning styles and energy levels.

At your own pace.
💜 Welcome to HeadSync - where healing becomes a rhythm, not a task.
“I created HeadSync because I’ve seen, again and again, that real healing doesn’t happen through force or fixing - it happens through safety, compassion, and connection. These courses are designed to help you slow down, listen to your body, and come back into sync with yourself, so wellbeing becomes something you live, not something you chase.”

Charlotte Jayne, Founder of HeadSync
Hi, I’m Charlotte Jayne
I’m an integrative therapist, creative practitioner, and the founder of HeadSync.
I created HeadSync to offer a gentler, more human approach to healing and wellbeing, one that honours the body, the mind, and the deeper self beneath the noise of everyday life.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and draws on somatic therapy, creative arts, mindfulness, parts-based work, and nervous system regulation. Over the years, I’ve supported people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe, empowering, and sustainable.
Rather than focusing on fixing symptoms, I’m interested in helping people understand their inner world, listen to their body’s wisdom, and build compassion and trust within themselves. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, feel, and reconnect, not when we push ourselves harder.
The courses here at HeadSync are designed to be accessible, reflective, and non-overwhelming. You’ll find a blend of psychoeducation, practical tools, gentle practices, and creative exploration, so you can learn in a way that suits you and move at your own pace.
My hope is that this space supports you in coming back into sync with yourself, feeling more grounded, connected, and at home in who you are.
You don’t need to change yourself to heal.
You only need to return to yourself.
